Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Flippr ("the Service"), available at flippr.gg, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Flippr is a web-based application that provides real-time Grand Exchange price tracking, volume analysis, and trading tools for Old School RuneScape. The Service aggregates publicly available data from the OSRS Wiki API and provides tools to help users make informed trading decisions.

Use of Service

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Data Sources

• Price and volume data is sourced from the OSRS Wiki API, which provides publicly available game data
• We make reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy
• Data is updated frequently (every 6 seconds for prices, every minute for volumes) but may have brief delays

No Guarantees

• We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times
• We do not guarantee that trading decisions based on our data will be profitable
• We are not responsible for any financial losses resulting from use of the Service
• Grand Exchange trading involves risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results

Intellectual Property

Our Content

• The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Flippr
• All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners
• "Old School RuneScape" and "OSRS" are trademarks of Jagex Ltd.

Your Content

• You retain ownership of any trading data you create or upload
• By using the Service, you grant us a license to store and process your data to provide the Service
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you provide

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services, including:

• Supabase: For database and authentication services
• OSRS Wiki API: For Grand Exchange price and volume data
• Google OAuth: For authentication (if you choose to sign in with Google)

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Game Data

We are not affiliated with Jagex Ltd. or Old School RuneScape. All game data is provided through third-party APIs and is subject to change without notice.
